About the Role
We are looking for a Designer to support our creative team by collaborating on various design projects and creating templates and graphics for our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with the marketing department to develop creative assets, maintaining the company's brand materials, and managing design-related aspects across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Designer on creative deliverables.
- Design templates and graphics for Contact Studios’ sales and marketing efforts, such as carousels, one pagers, and announcements.
- Collaborate with the marketing department for any creative assets needed.
- Develop a backlog for posting on LinkedIn.
- Updating the company’s design-related aspects (profile pictures, banners, covers, etc).
- Manage the material design/brand of the company (having files of logos, colors, templates, banners, fonts, icons).
- Review, correct and approve designs from freelancers before uploading them.
- Manage the Canva account.
- Software and tools needed to complete this job will be provided.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves
- 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Ability to create templates and graphics for sales and marketing materials.
- Experience collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage brand assets and design-related updates.
- Attention to detail for reviewing and approving designs from freelancers.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to develop and maintain a backlog of content for social media platforms.
- Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with maintaining consistent brand identity across various platforms.
